  • Do you offer regular cleaning services?
    Yes! I provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept cash, bank transfer, Revolut and Twint (if available). Payments should be made at the end of the cleaning session unless we arrange otherwise.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you don’t have to be home as long as we arrange secure access to your space. However, if you prefer to be present, that’s totally fine!
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
    Yes! I bring all the necessary professional cleaning products and equipment. However, if you prefer that I use specific products (such as eco-friendly or allergy-friendly ones), just let me know!
  • Do you clean Airbnb or rental properties?
    Yes! I offer Airbnb and rental cleaning services to ensure your guests arrive in a spotless space.
  • What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
    I understand that plans change! Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee.
  • What cleaning services do you offer?
    I provide a range of services, including home and apartment cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and maid services. If you have specific needs, feel free to ask!
  • Do you offer a move-out cleaning guarantee for passing the landlord/agency inspection in Switzerland?
    Yes! In Switzerland, landlords and agencies are very strict about the handover (Wohnungsübergabe) process, requiring a deep and detailed cleaning before returning the keys. 🔹 My move-out cleaning service includes a professional handover (Übergabegarantie/Abnahmegarantie), ensuring that the property meets Swiss rental standards and is ready for inspection—so you have the best chance of getting your full deposit (Kaution) back! This service includes: ✅ Deep cleaning of floors, walls, doors, and windows ✅ Kitchen cleaning (inside cabinets, oven, refrigerator, and surfaces) ✅ Bathroom descaling and sanitization ✅ Removal of dust, stains, and residues ✅ Balcony and terrace cleaning (if applicable)
  • How can I book a cleaning service?
    You can fill out the form on my website, send me an email, or call me directly to discuss your needs and schedule an appointment.
  • How long does a cleaning session take?
    The duration depends on the size and condition of the space. I’ll provide an estimate based on your specific request.
