No, you don’t have to be home as long as we arrange secure access to your space. However, if you prefer to be present, that’s totally fine!

I accept cash, bank transfer, Revolut and Twint (if available). Payments should be made at the end of the cleaning session unless we arrange otherwise.

Yes! I provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans.

I understand that plans change! Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee.

Yes! I offer Airbnb and rental cleaning services to ensure your guests arrive in a spotless space.

Yes! In Switzerland, landlords and agencies are very strict about the handover (Wohnungsübergabe) process, requiring a deep and detailed cleaning before returning the keys.

🔹 My move-out cleaning service includes a professional handover (Übergabegarantie/Abnahmegarantie), ensuring that the property meets Swiss rental standards and is ready for inspection—so you have the best chance of getting your full deposit (Kaution) back!

This service includes: ✅ Deep cleaning of floors, walls, doors, and windows ✅ Kitchen cleaning (inside cabinets, oven, refrigerator, and surfaces) ✅ Bathroom descaling and sanitization ✅ Removal of dust, stains, and residues ✅ Balcony and terrace cleaning (if applicable)
